Shakin' & Trakin
Longtime HITS mag senior editor/columnist Roy Trakin is an old bud of mine. We both cut our music-journo teeth at the defunct Soho Weekly News. Trakin left New York - and his beloved Mets, Jets and Knick - for Los Angeles many years ago. He's always had a deft, satiric touch.
