My review of 'Brooklyn Rules'

Michael Corrente's first film in seven years is a winner. Corrente directed the stoner comedy Outside Providence (1999) and his latest, Brooklyn Rules, has a similar focus on young adults searching for meaning in their lives. It stars Freddie Prinze Jr., Scott Caan and Entourage's Jerry Ferrara as three friends who are heading in different directions. A very grown-up looking Mena Suvari's plays Prinze's girlfriend and Alec Baldwin shines as a merciless mobster.
